Details

The goal of the redesign was to create a rich and intuitive user experience where members can tailor the way Ticketmaster communicates with them.

With this new redesign, a user can search & browse to add new alerts, manage their current alerts and access additional information about each one without leaving the page.

My roles on this project included clarifying the information architecture, designing the layout grid, behavior, interaction and interface of the application.
