Details
Before the redesign, the TicketAlert was using more space while showing less information. My goal with the redesign was to organize the page so that every inch of screen-space was used wisely.
Secondarily, I wanted to re-think the calendar format since there was a lot of space that was going to waste in some slots, while the presented information was being truncated for lack of space at the same time.
